Phase 1 Funding Target
The Phase 1 crowdfunding campaign is seeking to raise USD2,000 over a planned 90-day campaign period.
This funding target is focused on the immediate resources needed to continue development, improve testing, support initial security review, and help move the first two software prototypes closer to completion.
What Phase 1 Supports
Phase 1 is focused on:
- CaribScript Pharmacy Manager
- CaribLex Law Office Manager
Development is already underway. The purpose of the funding is to help move the prototypes closer to completion and support the completion of early working prototypes.
Planned Use of Funds
Development Computer
Funds will support the purchase or completion of one dedicated development computer to assist with software development, testing, database work, user-interface testing, documentation, backup preparation, and preparation of working prototypes.
Software Security Auditing
Funds will support initial software security auditing to help identify vulnerabilities, insecure coding practices, weak configurations, and other software risks before the prototypes are demonstrated more widely or moved toward future release.
Testing and Backup Support
Funds will support sample data preparation, software testing, backup setup, demo preparation, and safer development practices.
Development Environment Improvements
Funds will help improve the tools, setup, and working environment required to continue prototype development in a structured and reliable way.
Campaign and Processing Costs
A portion of the funds may also help cover platform fees, payment-processing costs, and related campaign expenses.

Why the Target Is USD2,000
The USD2,000 target provides a more practical working amount after expected campaign, processing, and related costs. It also provides a small margin to support essential development needs without overstating the first-phase requirement.
What the Funds Will Not Be Used For
Accountability
The demo site and Updates page will be used to provide progress information as work continues. Supporters will be able to see what has been completed, what is being worked on, and what remains to be done.
Long-Term Plan
After Phase 1, future development phases may focus on:
- Further development of CaribScript and CaribLex
- Expansion of CaribCare Medical Centre Manager
- Expansion of CaribPay HR & Payroll Manager
- Expansion of CaribFix Repair Shop Manager
- Additional testing, security review, documentation, and release preparation
