CaribSecure Business Suite Development Progress

The CaribSecure Business Suite demo site has been created to provide visibility into the development of a family of secure, affordable, and locally relevant software solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in Jamaica and the wider English-speaking Caribbean.

This page will be used to share project progress, development milestones, campaign updates, and the next steps in the Phase 1 development process.

Campaign Launched — Help Build Secure Caribbean Business Software

The CaribSecure Business Suite Phase 1 campaign is now live.

We are raising USD2,000 to help advance two early working prototypes:

• CaribScript Pharmacy Manager
• CaribLex Law Office Manager

Funds raised will support continued development, testing, backup preparation, development equipment, and initial software security auditing.

Current Development Status

Development is already underway on the first two products in the CaribSecure Business Suite:

1. CaribScript Pharmacy Manager
2. CaribLex Law Office Manager

These two products are the focus of the Phase 1 crowdfunding campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to help move the prototypes closer to completion and support the completion of early working prototypes.

The wider product family also includes:

• CaribCare Medical Centre Manager
• CaribPay HR & Payroll Manager
• CaribFix Repair Shop Manager

These additional products are part of the broader development plan and are currently presented as coming-soon solutions.

Completed So Far

The following project items have already been completed or put in place:

• The CaribSecure Business Suite brand identity has been created.
• Individual branding has been created for all five planned software products.
• The main CaribSecure landing page has been published.
• Product pages have been created for all five software packages.
• CaribScript Pharmacy Manager has a prototype/demo landing page.
• CaribLex Law Office Manager has a prototype/demo landing page.
• Coming-soon pages have been created for CaribCare, CaribPay, and CaribFix.
• The Phase 1 Focus page has been added.
• The Security page has been added.
• Basic placeholder dashboards have been created for the Phase 1 products.
• The FAQ, Budget, and Connect pages have been added to provide additional project information.

Phase 1 Development Focus

Phase 1 is focused on advancing two priority software prototypes.

Next Development Priorities

The next development priorities are:

1. Continue work on the CaribScript Pharmacy Manager prototype, with expected upload to the demo site by July 24, 2026.
2. Continue work on the CaribLex Law Office Manager prototype, with expected upload to the demo site by July 31, 2026.
3. Improve demo dashboards and sample workflows.
4. Continue strengthening the demo environment.
5. Continue documenting the development process for supporters.
